QatarEnergy’s
General Terms & Conditions of Purchase (Schedule C) are applicable to all QatarEnergy purchases of materials and equipment.
The Schedule ‘C’ version dated 10/21 or referred to in the Request for Quotation (RFQ) document, will apply to the Purchase Order(s) associated with that particular RFQ.

Appendix D for Services,
available here for download, should also be used.
Tender Bond
For all purchases of materials and equipment that are stipulated to have a Tender Bond associated with the requirement during the tender process, the Tender Bond must be worded exactly as indicated in the specimen form available here for download.
Performance Bond
For all purchases of materials and equipment that are stipulated to have a Performance Bond associated with the requirement during the tender or commercial evaluation process the Performance Bond must be worded exactly as indicated in the specimen form available here for download.
