​In order to sustain the business relationship between QatarEnergy and the Vendor, all documentation should remain valid and resubmitted through the QatarEnergy online Vendor Portal in the event of expiry. Failure to ensure adherence and compliance to the said requirement may regretfully result in QatarEnergy reserving its right to temporarily limit business activities with the Vendor until such time as the requirement has been met.

Consistent with the terms and conditions of the QatarEnergy​​​​ Vendor Registration process, an important mandatory requirement exists which provides for the submission of pre-requisite valid vendor documentation . Such documentation includes but is not limited to a Commercial Registration from the Qatar Ministry of Commerce and Industry (local vendors) or to Certificate of Registration/ Certificate of Incorporation issued by the concerned government authority (overseas vendors). ​
